ARISTOTELE

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Expansion

After maceration and alcoholic fermentation, the so-called "vinification" takes place in the cellar through the addition of high-proof brandy. This interrupts the fermentation, and the remaining unfermented sugar gives the AMADEO liqueur wine its characteristic sweet taste; the relatively high alcohol content contributes to its exceptionally long aging potential. This special essence matures for at least six years in specially selected French oak barrels. It is precisely this extended maturation period that lends this contemplative wine its particularly rich and spicy flavor.

Notes from the cellar master

The color is dark ruby red. The bouquet is reminiscent of wild berries and plums, on the palate of nuts, marzipan, and dates. The taste is soft and juicy, with a slight hint of oak and fine, very soft, well-integrated tannins.

Food recommendation

as an aperitif and appetite stimulant, and as a digestif

Store bottles lying down, in a dark place, and at a maximum temperature of 15°C. Ideal humidity is between 50–70%. Use an odor-free cellar, as foreign odors can negatively affect the wine.
